Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in launching our brand and managing our social media marketing activities. You will help bring our mission to life by building online engagement, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting the growth of Wagner MacKenzie Skincare.
Reports To: COO/CMO
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25 per hour
Expected Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and manage social media calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to showcase our products and mission.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Content Creation:
- Design visually appealing graphics and write compelling captions that align with our brand voice.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns and content to drive engagement and sales.
Digital Advertising:
- Support paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and performance analysis.
- Ensure all campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on social media and campaign performance metrics.
- Use insights to recommend improvements and new strategies.
Brand Growth:
- Build relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand visibility.
- Identify and implement trends to keep Wagner MacKenzie Skincare at the forefront of digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for skincare, wellness, and sustainability.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas for digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of digital marketing experience (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms and analytics tools.

Position Overview:
As a Marketing/Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in engaging customers, building brand loyalty, and driving sales through pop-up events and other promotional activities. You will create inviting customer experiences while showcasing the unique benefits of our product lines. This is a part-time position with potential for growth as the company expands.
Reports To: COO/CMO
Salary Range: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5–30 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup & Management: Organise and manage pop-up events, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
- Customer Engagement: Actively interact with customers, providing samples and sharing product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the unique benefits of our skincare products, encouraging customers to make purchases.
- Sales Techniques: Attract foot traffic to pop-up locations using innovative marketing strategies.
- Inventory & Logistics: Assist with inventory management, event logistics, and tracking sales.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales messaging and materials for pop-up events.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and sales performance to support business growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, brand values, and competitive advantages to educate and inspire customers.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential partners to expand brand reach.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and sustainability.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) is essential.
- A valid driver’s licence is a plus but not required.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous sales experience: 1 year (preferred but not required).
